3 days walking in the Southern and Western Fells in the Wasdale area.

Following the success of last years Walking the Wainwright’s events with Graham Uney Mountaineering, these events return for 2026, hosted by Team Tortoise this long weekend will be led by Sharon.

A lovely long weekend amongst the fells above Wasdale The itinerary for these weekends is not set, we will meet for a chat over coffee on the Friday morning, to discuss options. The decisions will be based on the weather and the wishes of the group. Options will include: Scafell Pike and Lingmell, Pillar, Scoat Fell, Steeple and Red Pike. The intention will be to have a shorter day on Sunday on either Middle Fell, Seatallen and Buckbarrow or Yewbarrow.
