Super Skiddaw Circuit
This less well known horseshoe on the Northern Fells takes in Ullock Pike, Long Side, Carl Side, Skiddaw and Bakestall. A sizable but rewarding day out. Finally putting to bed the concept that Skiddaw is a boring mountain, I firmly disagree and I hope you will too! A big pull up onto the ridge to start the day but then the views and experience really begin. Woeking our way around the horseshoe to its highest point. There are parts of this walk that look a little daunting but nothing is too technical and a steady plod is all we need

Level 2, some walking experience needed.
14km, 924m elevation. mainly good paths, some slow steep sections.
A big day out for those who want a longer adventure but still at a sensible steady pace.
