This walk is a request from a client to add Hen Comb to Mellbreak to make a slightly longer day out than Mellbreak alone. Therefore this is Mellbreak plus, we will decend into the somewhat feared Mosedale (valley of moss!) to get to Hen Comb. Walking from Loweswater, a charming Lakeland village, we will slowly wind our way up Mellbreak taking in views of Crummock Water. Skipping over the bog to our next objective, Hen Comb, from here there are a variety of ways back to complete the circuit.
